Eicosanoid
A lipid mediator of inflammation derived from the 20-carbon atom arachidonic acid (20 in Greek is 'eicosa') or a similar fatty acid.
The eicosanoids include the prostaglandins, prostacyclin, thromboxane, and leukotrienes
